Selective renovation of an existing three-unit brownstone in the heart of Boston's South End. Project featured some structural stabilization and an all-new HVAC system. Finishes included stainless steel appliances, custom tile wainscots throughout bathrooms, and 5" oak and Brazilian walnut flooring. One unit within the building sold for the highest square-foot sellout ever in its class in the South End. The project moved from acquisition to complete sellout in under six months. |
