Harris Lane is a six lot private subdivision. Initially a 61.5 acre parcel, the parcel is now comprised of six lots ranging from two to ten acres and 30 acres of conservation land, including a walking trail and parking area providing public access to this scenic property. The completely wooded conservation land was gifted to The Bolton Conservation Trust and The Harvard Conservation Trust. The parcel provides important connections with other abutting properties creating links across state, federal and local conservation land. Through research and knowledge of the community as well as targeted marketing, the sale of the parcels were the highest priced subdivision lots in the town.
