Selective renovation of an existing brick Colonial Revival in West Cambridge. Exterior work includes re-pointing and slate roof repair as well as new landscaping. Kitchen finishes include stainless steel appliances, Franke sinks and faucets, solid cherry cabinets and granite counters. Bathroom finishes include custom limestone tile shower surrounds and a traditional "subway" tile wainscot. Quoizel lighting fixtures, restored gumwood casing and custom fireplace tile surrounds are found throughout.

 

 

Five Concord Square, Boston

Selective renovation of an existing three-unit brownstone in the heart of Boston's South End. Project featured some structural stabilization and an all-new HVAC system. Finishes included stainless steel appliances, custom tile wainscots throughout bathrooms, and 5" oak and Brazilian walnut flooring. One unit within the building sold for the highest square-foot sellout ever in its class in the South End. The project moved from acquisition to complete sellout in under six months.

 

 

The Warren Mansion, 130 Warren Street, Roxbury

Complete renovation of an existing historic 160 year-old puddingstone mansion in the heart of Dudley Square. With over 5000 square feet of space, period marble fireplaces throughout as well as historic inlaid granite carvings, the Warren Mansion is a unique structure. Recent updates include office fit out with new bathrooms, kitchens, life safety and mechanical systems. Whittier Street Health Center, a neighborhood based counseling center, tenants the first floor of the property and a neighborhood youth group leases the remainder of the building.

Syndication of an existing 30,000 square foot industrial property for development as a joint educational facility and artist's mixed use facility.
