Vaughn Hill, Bolton

Appraisal and land planning of 47 acres of residential land for the current owner. This project was completed in conjunction with the local conservation commission as part of an application for state self-help funds for assistance in the purchase and preservation of the property. The property, with early succession meadow in the front half-undulating to steeply wooded uplands in the rear is bordered by over 100 acres of conservation lands.
